I will pick you up at Faro Airport, or your hotel (within the area of Praia da Luz to Faro), arrange for you to meet with the appropriate people, and accompany you to the meetings and advise and assist you with your selections.
At the end of the day, I will return you to your hotel or the Airport.
The cost of this service is Euros 250, which includes light refreshments and all my expenses.
Should you then decide to retain my services as your wedding planner, this will be deducted from the total fee.

On the face of it this seems a good deal. Why only 4 suppliers, and can I choose who I meet? Will you advise me on prices and what sort of service to expect? Is it only venues, or will you introduce me to a florist or photographer if that's what I want?
In normal circumstances, its difficult to fit more than 4 meetings into one day, but once I know what you want, its sometimes possible to get an extra meeting in. If you know the venue you want, we can meet with them plus the other suppliers that you need. If you haven't chosen your venue, I will find out what you need, and find venues that meet your requirements.
You didn't answer about prices. Do you know, or can you advise what sort of price we should be paying to a venue. As soon as the word "wedding" comes up, prices seem to double within seconds. I am assuming you know what we should be paying. Sorry to ask, but the credit crunch hits all of us, and I don't want to overcharged. How do you choose what I want, do you contact me first?
Yes first of all we would have a conversation about what it is that you want exactly and the kind of budget that you are looking at spending. Each venue treats each client differently taking into account your requirements and needs. Of Course I have an idea of the prices that are charged by venues but make sure that you get the best deal out of them possible. Please also bear in mind that when you work with me I don't charge the venue a commission and you pay the suppliers direct so the price is not "loaded", this also allows for total transparency. Hence why we also offer the Preview day allowing you to go ahead and make your own arrangements if you do not require any more assistance and if you do then the preview day fee is deducted from the total fee as your wedding planner.
Can one of the meetings be with the Priest or Vicar who would conduct the blessing?
Yes of course, this is your day to meet with anyone that you wish to meet with.
